Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to regulate the terms of use, procedures, membership rules, and other necessary matters related to the internet travel service ("Service") provided by 'Sally Tour' (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") under the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree.

Article 2 (Effect and Application of Terms)

The contents of these terms and conditions take effect by posting them on the Service screen or by notifying members through other methods.

The Company may modify these provisions, and any modified terms take effect through the same methods as described in Paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Supplementary Rules)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Act, Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these provisions are as follows:

a. User: Any individual who uses the Service provided by the Company.

b. Member: A user who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.

c. ID: A combination of characters selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

d. Password: A combination of characters and numbers chosen by the member to confirm their identity corresponding to the ID and to protect their confidentiality.

e. Termination: The act of canceling the service use contract by the Company or the member after service activation.

Chapter 2. Membership Registration and Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Service Use Agreement)

The service use agreement is formed by the Company's acceptance of the user's application and the user's agreement to the terms.

Applicants who wish to become members and use the Service must provide personal information requested by the Company.

Applicants who wish to become members and use the Service must provide required information on the designated online registration form, with additional information being optional:

User ID (ID)

Password (PASSWORD)

Name (real name/English name)

Telephone number and address

In addition to the above, the Company may add additional necessary information deemed necessary, and this fact shall be announced.

Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)

The Company approves the application for use when the user accurately completes the items specified in Article 3 of Chapter 2.

The Company may defer approval of the following application for use:

In cases where there is insufficient equipment capacity or technical obstacles

In other cases deemed necessary by the Company

The Company may refuse approval of the following application for use:

Cases where the name is not a real name

Cases where application is made using another person's name

Cases where necessary information is falsely stated in the application for use

Cases where application is made for the purpose of disrupting social order or public morals

Other cases where the requirements for application for use specified by the Company are not met

Article 7 (Modification of Contractual Terms)

Members must modify any information provided at the time of application for use online if it has changed. Members are responsible for any damage caused by failure to do so.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

When collecting information from service users, the Company must obtain the consent of the user and collect only the minimum necessary information. Users may view, correct, or delete their personal information at any time through online access.

The Company shall not provide or disclose the personal information of service customers to third parties without their consent, except in the following cases:

When required by government agencies under laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act

When there is a request for investigation of crimes or a request from the Korea Communications Standards Commission

When disclosing information to a delivery company for delivery-related business

When sharing some information related to banking business matters

When used for statistical compilation, promotional materials, academic research, etc., where specific individuals cannot be identified

In other cases where requests are made according to procedures specified by relevant laws

If cases of unauthorized disclosure of personal information or other improper cases are discovered, users may report them to 02-654-4111, email speedtour@speedtour.co.kr, the Korea Consumer Protection Board, or the Korea Federation of SMEs, and the Company is obligated to take appropriate measures in response.

Chapter 3. Service Use

Article 9 (Obligations Regarding Management of Member ID, Email, and Password)

All management responsibilities for ID, email, and passwords lie with the member. Members are responsible for any consequences resulting from the negligent management or misuse of their assigned ID, email, or password.

If a member's ID, email, or password is misused, the member must promptly notify the Company of this fact.

Article 10 (Types of Services)

The Company may change the content and types of services provided, and any changes will be announced through public notices. The types of services are as follows:

Online reservation/sale of air tickets/hotels via the internet

Online reservation/sale of travel products via the internet

Other travel-related product and information services

Article 11 (Provision of Information)

The Company may provide various information deemed necessary for users during service use via methods such as email, telecommunication media, or postal mail.

Article 12 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend part or all of the service provision in the following cases:

When unavoidable due to maintenance of service equipment or other construction work

When a telecommunications service provider has suspended telecommunications services as stipulated by the Telecommunications Business Act

When there are obstacles in the normal use of services due to national emergencies, power outages, equipment failures, or excessive use of services

Article 13 (Company's Responsibility for Service Maintenance)

The Company maintains service provision facilities in an operable state at all times and promptly repairs and restores facilities in the event of equipment failure or loss necessary for service provision.

Article 14 (User's Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the service:

Using unauthorized IDs

Replicating information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without prior approval from the Company, including reproduction, publication, and broadcasting, etc., or providing it to third parties

Infringing on the copyrights or other rights of third parties

Engaging in objectively judged actions associated with crimes

Engaging in acts that violate relevant laws

Users must comply with the matters stipulated in these regulations, service usage guides, and announcements of usage restrictions separately announced by the Company.

Users may not engage in business activities using the service without the prior approval of the Company, and the Company shall not be liable for any results of such business activities or violations of the regulations by the user.

Chapter 4. Service Usage Fees

Article 15 (Fee System)

The service fee system provided by the Company is as follows:

Registration: Free

Viewing of travel-related information: Free

Reservation and sale of travel-related services: Paid

The Company may change service fees, and detailed information regarding fees will be separately announced.

Chapter 5. Termination of Contract and Restriction on Service Use

Article 16 (Termination of Contract)

If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, they must apply for termination online through the Company.

The Company may terminate the service agreement without prior notice or suspend service use for a specified period if a member engages in any of the following acts:

Uses unauthorized IDs or falsely uses another person's email (E-mail) and password

Intentionally disrupts service operations

Intentionally disseminates content that undermines public order and morals

Damages another person's reputation or causes harm

Plans or executes the use of services with the intent to hinder national interests or public interests

Violates other conditions for service use specified by the Company

Article 17 (Matters Concerning Use Restriction)

When the Company intends to restrict use under the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 2 of Chapter 5, it shall notify the relevant user or representative by email (E-mail) or other means, specifying the reasons, duration, and other details. However, this does not apply in urgent cases where immediate suspension of use is deemed necessary.

Users or their representatives who receive notification of use suspension under paragraph 1 may submit an objection if they disagree with the notification of suspension.

The Company may temporarily postpone the suspension of use until confirmation of the objection period specified in paragraph 2, and notify the user or their representative of the results.

If it is confirmed during the suspension period that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved, the Company shall immediately lift the suspension measures.

Chapter 6. Compensation for Damages and Exemption Clause

Article 18 (Matters Concerning Compensation for Damages)

The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by users related to the use of free services.

The Company shall be liable for compensation for all damages incurred due to the Company's fault related to paid services, as specified by relevant laws.

Article 19 (Exemption Clause)

The Company shall be exempt from liability for failure to provide services due to force majeure or events equivalent thereto.

The Company shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by a member's fault in using the service.

The Company shall not be held liable for damages arising from expected profits or data obtained through services.

The Company shall not be held liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, or facts posted on the service by users.

Article 20 (Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the service, the jurisdiction shall be determined by the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
